Service Agreement

TeleAlba is a prepaid TVIP service, where the customer has to prepay the full amount of the cost of the plan that he himself chooses.

TELEALBA’S OBLIGATIONS

Telealba is obliged to:
1. Guarantee the quality of the television’s signal.
2. To protect the client from broadcasting’s copyright.
3. Serve with quality within the code of ethics.

Otherwise:
1A. If quality of service is damaged at 100% because of TeleAlba, for more than 24 hours , we will credit each customer per each day lost.
2A. Return of monetary value for the remainder to service.
3A. Full apology from us by guaranteeing immediate refund to the client, and also an immediate termination of employment to our staff that did correctly fulfill what was asked from the client.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Verify the web service from your local ISP to check if the Internet subscription you have available does sustain the quality offered by us.
2. Full payment prior to service offered to you.

Otherwise :
1A. Monetary value will be refunded only after the customer returns Flybox to our center. The shipping cost is irreversible and paid in full by the customer.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

The contract can be canceled at any time considering the following rules.

1. Customers who pay a monthly service can buy the Flybox receiver at full cost.

For these clients the following rules apply:
a. The Flybox receiver can be returned at full cost only during the first month of purchase. The prepaid monthly service fee is non-refundable.
b. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
c. The Flybox receiver has a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Customers who purchase the six months service can get the Flybox receiver at a reduced cost.

For these clients the following rules apply:
a. The Flybox receiver can be returned at full cost only during the first month of purchase. The prepaid monthly service fee is non-refundable.
b. The months remaining to the service will be reimbursed at their full value
c .After the first month of service if the client returns the Flybox receiver, the client will benefit 50% of the original value of the payment . This is only good for the next 4 months, adding to a total of 5 months monetary protection against the Flybox receiver.
d. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
e. The Flybox receiver has a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

3. Customers who purchase the one year service can get the Flybox receiver at a reduced cost.

For these clients apply these rules :
a. The Flybox receiver can be returned at full cost only during the first month of purchase. The prepaid monthly service fee is non-refundable.
b. The months remaining to the service will be reimbursed at their full value
c .After the first month of service if the client returns the Flybox receiver, the client will benefit 50% of the original value of the payment . This is only good for the next 9 months, adding to a total of 10 months monetary protection against the Flybox receiver.
d. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
e. The Flybox receiver has a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
